Last Saturday we were able to enjoy the celebration of the 30 (+2) anniversary of Therapy?.
With 15 LPs under their belts and more than 2 million albums sold, the trio from Northern Ireland promised a night full of emotion.
They are accompanied by The Sore Losers, a Belgian rock band active since 2009 and with 5 albums behind them.
At 8:30 p.m. the 4 Belgian rockers jumped on stage to delight us with half an hour of their best songs, such as “Juvenile Heart Attack” or “Silver Seas”. They sound amazing, much harder and more direct.
It was a great opening act, the audience really enjoyed it and I'm sure they gained a lot of new fans, both in Prague and throughout the tour.
A band that we do not plan to miss on future visits.
Half an hour of rest to freshen up, and prepare for the kings of the night.
At 21:30 punctual; Therapy? came out to destroy the stage.
An impatient and completely overturned public, it was noted that the majority were followers since the beginning of the band. Singing each song, both the classics and the new ones.
Barely time to breathe, one after another, “Nausea”, “Stories”, “Open Mantra”, ''Callow”, ''Trigger Inside”...many of their best songs.
They gave us a night in which we couldn't stop smiling, moving our bodies and singing at the top of our lungs.
A band that has it all; quality, know-how, great stage performance...
They ended up with 2 covers: Joy Division's “Isolation” and Judas Priest's “Breaking The Law”.
Of course the public did not stop chanting his name. We wanted more. For finishing: "Nowhere" and "Screamager", a perfect ending.
There is nothing better than seeing a band that you love enjoying and not stop smiling while they play, and so it was with Therapy?, a concert that will remain etched in our memory.
We also had a very good sound throughout the evening.
Thank you very much for a magical night and we hope to see you again soon!
If you have a chance, don't miss them!
