This year, with the double edition, Hellfest is setting up a new official and free parking system to facilitate the circulation and to prevent wild parks in Clisson.

The parking addresses will soon be available on Google Maps and Waze. When you arrive at the checkpoint, follow the signs “PARKING FESTIVAL” set up by our teams.
Camping-cars and converted vehicles are only authorized within the official car parks zones. They must respect the parking rules of our volunteers team (the famous “Guardians of the Street”)
Tents, campfires, arbors and other camping structures are strictly forbidden on the parking.
WARNING : Parking outside of these official car parks zones will not be tolerated, the police will punish those who will be in violation of the law on the public road (fine and removal of the vehicle by the pound)
The Clisson bypass will be closed. All vehicles located in this area before Wednesday, June 15, will be impounded immediately!
A shuttle service is available from the train station of Clisson or the Nantes airport / train station to the festival site
Shuttles
This year again, MonAmiligo transports are partners of Hellfest for the implementation of official shuttles.
Attention : For the journeys from and to the Nantes train station, the use of SNCF trains – faster and more economical – is to be preferred. Shuttles from the Nantes train station will be set up when the trains are no longer running.
In Clisson station, shuttles will be available without reservation at each train arrival. At the end of Hellfest, shuttles will be available without reservation, for the return trip to the Clisson train station.

ACCESSIBILITY (PRM & PWD)
Since 2019, our new volunteer team is in charge of welcoming people with a Handicap (PRM-PWD). Around 30 volunteers will welcome you with a smile and make you live a unique experience !
All participants – festival goers with a disability or the accompanying person – must hold a Hellfest ticket to enter the festival. There is no dedicated ticketing service (online or on site).
The following facilities are for our festival goers with permanent or long term access requirements (holders of a disability, priority, parking, care and emergency and mobility inclusion cards). It does not apply to people with temporary impairments such as physical problems (broken bones)or pregnant women. They will only be able to access the corridors.

4 platforms are available for people in wheelchairs or with difficulties to stand. They are placed in front of each stage to allow you to watch the concerts in the best conditions:
Disabled accessible toilets are located near each platform.
The Accessible Parking is located near the entrance of the festival. The number of available parking places is limited (next to the PMR-PSH reception, at the “Guitare Roundabout”)
250 places will be proposed within the limits of available places!
BEWARE
Due to limited parking space, the parking will be ACCESSIBLE to PRM-PWD festival goers with a 3 DAYS PASS or 4 DAYS PASS.

Festival-goers with a 1 day Pass are invited to park in the classic carpark and to use the Hellfest shuttles.
A dedicated “PRM/PWD camping” area is available close to the entrance of the Hellfest campground.
Sanitary facilities and toilets for disabled people are located next to the water point.
Two recharging stations and a wheelchair inflator will be available at the PRM/PWD Point and on the Mainstage platform.

The official festival camping site is free and accessible to all the festival goers.
Acces and opening hours for differents pass :
The holders of day tickets will be able to access the campsite on the day corresponding to their ticket from 10 am. (example ticket Friday 24th June = access to the campsite for the night of Friday 24th to Saturday 25th)
The campsite will remain open between the two weekends of the festival (including showers & toilets), as well as the Metal Corner food and drinks stands.
Second weekend pass holders will access the camping site from Thursday when the festival doors open.
The official campsite is free of charge. You can find all the facilities : toilets, water points, waste containers and a first aid station.
Please respect the sleep of the other festival goers while walking through the camping grounds and remember to recycle your waste. Leave the camping site clean after your departure ! We trust you to help us leave the camping grounds spotless after the festival.
Our staff is available if you need garbage bags or if you have any recycling questions.
BEWARE ! The campsite is ONLY accessible to the festival goers who have purchased a HELLFEST PASS !
Enjoy the festival without taking your equipment to an already equipped area!
In our EASY CAMP Village, located at the entrance of the official campsite, we offer “KarTent” & “Tipis” formulas, equipped with private toilets, reserved showers, beauty areas, shaded comfort areas (tables, giant pouffes, deckchairs) and phone recharge. The area is closed, supervised and subject to control at the entrance.
The Easy Camp sale will take place on Thursday March 17th at 1pm, RIGHT HERE
The Easy Camp will open its doors at the opening of the main festival gates on Thursday. You will have to go through the wristband installation to access it.
Only the main buyer can pick up his accommodation upon presentation of his Easy Camp ticket. It is recommended that you arrive with all campers on the first day. (All campers will be asked to show their ID)
A deposit will be required upon arrival and returned if no damage is found upon departure.
The Easy Camp closes between the two editions, you will have to leave your accommodation on Monday June 20th and come back on Thursday June 23rd with your second Easy Camp ticket to get a new accommodation.
The sale of Easy Camp accommodation will be available via a link on this page on Thursday, March 17 from 1:00 pm
Once on the booking module, you must choose your weekend and then select the desired accommodation and enter the requested information. Be sure to note the names of all campers who will be sleeping in the same accommodation.

A tourist tax will be charged at the time of your online purchase. Hellfest Productions will transfer the amount of the tourist tax you paid to the Syndicat Mixte du SCoT et du Pays du Vignoble Nantais.
In case of resale / search of Easy Camp pass, only Ticketswap is entitled to resell your Easy Camp ticket – full accommodation.
For the first time at Easy Camp, a take-away food service will be available.
Can I bring my food and drinks (alcohol included) without any quantity restrictions ?
Yes, and I respect the festival’s environmental policy by leaving unnecessary containers at home.
Is the campsite lit all night ?
Yes !
Is off-site camping (in a neighboring field for example) allowed ?
Wild camping or parking on private land are strictly forbidden. If so, residents can request the authorities intervention.
Will there be free water points ?
Water points and showers are not free of charge at the campsite. You will have to upload “water point” credit on your festival wristband at the H2O stand. “Water point” credits are valid for the entire festival and will give you access to the showers and sinks. The water points are free on the festival site.
Can I park my vehicle inside the campsite (car, camping car, bicycle, etc.)?
NO, the campsite is only accessible by foot for the safety of our festival-goers.
Can I use a power generator?
No, it’s strictly forbidden. It is a risky practice like using a stove or a barbecue.
Where do I leave my garbage?
Anima’Green will give you garbage bags, free of charge, at the entrance of the campsite upon your arrival on Thursday and throughout the weekend simply on request to an Anima’Green manager. Once your bags are full, place them into the correct recycling bins at the collection points.
Is there a reward system for helping the festival to recycle waste?
1€ of drink credit against 2 sorted bags or 3 bags of general waste. Be part of the Anima’Green contest in order to win prizes including two 3-day passes for the next edition!

Hellfest camping, Hell City square and the Metal Corner will open on Thursday June 16th at the opening of the festival doors. The opening hours will be communicated later on our website / social media !
Beware : Only Hell City Square, Hell City Street, Metal Corner and Camping areas will be accessible on Thursday June 16th and 23rd. These 4 areas will only be accessible to the festival goers with a 3 Days Pass or Friday – 1 Day Pass! (or 4 Days Pass and Thursday 23rd for the second weekend)
You will have to go to the main entrance of the festival to get your bracelet (access and cashless) BEFORE going to the campsite. All the areas of the festival have an access control.
Crédit Mutuel (Hellfest official partner) will provide cash machines. There will be only three cash points available. We invite you to be prepared before arriving at the festival site!
ATM are also available at the shopping centers nearby (E.LECLERC, INTERMARCHÉ, SUPER U) as well as in Clisson city center.
A power bank stand will loan you a phone power bank, free of charge, to recharge your phone in exchange for a deposit.
You can also buy a Hellfest power bank !
BEWARE, will be strictly forbidden in ALL areas of the festival (camping / festival / Hell city / Metal Corner): campfires, barbecue, camping and wild parking, obstruction of security access, animals, fireworks, illegal products and drugs.
For environmental reasons, it is prohibited to distribute flyers, even outside the festival. Every year Promoters and Hellfest Productions settle partnerships to promote and make concert announcements on our social networks or on large billboards.

We ask you to respect the local residents, the communal installations, the environment as well as all the actors of the festival (bands, volunteers, technicians…). Please do not throw your waste, relieve yourself or enter the winegrowers properties and vineyards. Please respect the environment and the Clisson terroir.
All the bars in Clisson will close at midnight during the festival ! Police roadblocks will be set up each evening to ensure your security. We strongly advise you not to drive after the festival if you have exceeded the legal alcohol limit. Taxis, trains and shuttles are also available.
Our plans to move the Hellfest Merchandising stands are still under discussion.
You will find the entire 2022 collection at the usual selling points, in the center of the concert area.
Once again, many of you will want to buy one of the precious tee shirts of this XVth edition !
In order to save you some time and to facilitate access to the stand, we will distribute our traditional leaflet of the merchandising collection at the entrance of the festival. You can make your choice and prepare your order while queuing.
Please note that we will have larger stocks and that our T-shirts are now made from organic cotton and environmentally dyed by certified factories.
Free “Water points” are available on the festival grounds to refill your water bottles and to freshen up !
Collective and individual showers are available at the Metal Corner “H2O Point”.
Our teams will be happy to give you general information and to answer all your questions about the festival at the “INFO POINT”.
It is also the “Lost and found” place to find your belongings.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Be careful and protect your personal belongings day and night, keep an eye on your wallet in the pit (even with a chain) and do not leave anything valuable in your tent !
“Lost and found” items will be deposited at the Clisson City Hall at the end of the festival.
Every year, festival goers are victims of skilled pickpockets. Last year more than 1500 phones were found.
Be vigilant and label your equipment with your name /first name / Phone number / email to facilitate the search of the owners! If you find items that don’t belong to you, we also invite you to bring them to the info point!
Hellfest, Clisson Sèvre, Maine Agglo, City of Clisson, Anima’Green and Ghetto Art are committed to the preservation of the environment and the planet. They will guide you regarding the waste management during the whole festival.
How ? Our volunteers will give you garbage bags of different colors at the entrance of the campsite.
Please make sure to sort out all your waste, glasses and packaging by using the colored bags provided. Many “Recycling Points” will be set up on the festival and campsite!
If you have a doubt, you can get more information at the Recycling Info stand located at the entrance of the campsite.
You need motivation ? We will offer you 1€ of drink credit against 2 sorted bags or 3 bags of general waste at the Recycling stand.

In 2019, over 230 tons of recycled waste and compost was collected with 62% of waste recovery. Continue to help us build a cleaner festival!
Hellfest Productions cooperates with associations and organizations to discuss and educate our festival goers on risk behaviors: alcohol addiction, sexually transmitted infections, gambling, drugs, prevention of all types of violence.
Free distribution of hearing protections on the Alpine stand (better hearing protections will also be sold on the Alpine stand). Don’t hesitate to visit for any information and advice. You can also come and have a hearing or drinking test (best solution before taking your car).
No tickets are available for sale except for children tickets which can be purchased on site at the entrance, on the day of the festival. TICKETSWAP is the only official resale platform for resale or purchase of tickets.
Is my ticket valid to enter the festival?
Only tickets bought on the festival website or on Ticketswap, the official resale platform, will be accepted at the entrance and this, without any possible dispute.
If you don’t have a good quality smartphone to scan your ticket, print it on blank A4 paper. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid.
How do I activate my refund option?
If you checked the Refund option (for each ticket concerned) when you purchased online, you can activate this option without any justification from November 18, 2019 to May 13, 2022, midnight French time, via the following link
I posted a photo of my ticket on social networks, I lost my ticket, what should I do?
Your ticket is precious, unique and personal. It is neither exchangeable, nor transferable, nor refundable (if you did not take the Refund option). The purchaser is held responsible in case of loss, theft or illicit use of his ticket(s).
A problem with your order?
Contact the after-sales service: billetterie@hellfest.fr specifying the type of ticket that requires our intervention (1 day, 3 or 4 days) and ideally, the weekend concerned.

Hellfest Productions offers special prices for children and teenagers wishing to attend Hellfest with their parents. Tickets are only available at the ticketing office on the day of the festival !
The age taken into account is the age at the day of the festival
! A parent can come with only one under age child no matter the age of the child !
We remind you of the specificities of an event such as Hellfest (large areas, crowd movements, alcohol consumption, decibels, etc.). All the children must be under the permanent supervision of the accompanying adult to guarantee his/her safety throughout the festival. Minors must be equipped with hearing protection.
The Production can refuse the entry to a minor if the conditions are not respected.
