A very fresh, pleasantly drinkable beer with a distinct aroma of tropical fruit and grapefruit. The aroma of roses and pine comes from the Talus cryo hops.
12 % Ježibaba / Amber Lager

A full-bodied and pleasantly bitter lager complemented by a caramelized character and strong rooty aromas from the Ruby and Kazbek hops.
12 % Philadelphia Sour – Mango & Maracuja

Pleasant sourness, strong flavor profile and aroma of passion fruit along with a light mango profile. Approximately 25 % fruit content.
13 % Philadelphia Sour – Cherry

Beer style: Light sourness, strong flavor and aroma of South Bohemian cherries.
The drink is composed of 25 % fruit. The cherry sour is pleasantly refreshing and, thanks to the higher EPM, also full and round. Intense red color clouded by the pulp.
12 % Gose Forest Fruit and Spruce Tips – Obora x Pult

The basis of this special beer style, which we have created for the Prague brewpub Pult, is the old Gose recipe from the German town of Goslar. Together we adapted the recipe and added, along with others, forest fruits and spruce sprouts. The fruity character is complemented by root notes of coriander seeds and spruce essence.
13 % Nakuřovaný / Smoked Beer

13 % Bezinka / Elderberry Semi-dark Lager

A very refreshing bitter thirteen degree beer with an intense elderberry flavor. The nectar-like flavour of elderberry at the beginning is complemented by flowery, earthy and herbal tones of the Premian hops.
17 % Mighty Punk IPA

Beer style: Light top-fermented strong beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized.
The exclusive combination of several exotic hops and a heavy fermentation creates a truly intense punk experience. Strong tropical fruit aromas and sweetness complement the strong bitterness and spiciness. Higher fermentation adds to the overall alcohol volume, but also to the drinkability. Thanks to its characteristics, Punk IPA might easily hype you up for a pogo.
15 % Špejchar / Monastic Ale

Beer style: A semi-dark top-fermented strong beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized.
Full body, less intense bitterness and a distinct aroma of clove, banana and citrus.
Hard Seltzer – Tropical (flavored alcoholic soda)
Alc.: 5,5 % vol. Kcal.: 34,1 / 100 ml kJ.: 143 / 100 ml
Beer style: A refreshing alcoholic drink with low-calorie content and tropical fruit flavor.
Our Seltzer was created by fermenting cane sugar with the help of brewer’s yeast. This process is followed by several complicated purification and filtration processes.
The flavor profile of this drink is dry, the taste and aroma is clean and refreshing with a slight touch of tropical fruit. The flavor background is reminiscent of a ‚wine spritzer‘, a ‚Skinnybitch‘ (vodka, soda, lime) or a gin and tonic.
