CONTROLLED EXISTENCE have been around since 2011 and they played Obscene Extreme ten years ago, in 2013, when the uncrowned Miss Grindcore, Ľuba, was still singing in the band, but things change, so in 2023 we will welcome to the stage of OEF, CONTROLLED EXISTENCE in a new line-up, which has sold their soul to the grindcore and power violencet that will burn us to dust!!!

Let's welcome INTO SICKNESS!!! A band that is almost at home at Obscene Extreme, although they played only once in Trutnov and once at the American version of OEF in 2013 in Mexico, where the guys helped incredibly with the organization!!!
And so vehemently, that despite all the work they did at the festival, they didn't even get on stage in the end. Leader Kriz, his buddy Roger and new band members Alberto and especially Mexican underground legend of extreme music Antimo don't need long introduction, their names are well known.
INTO SICKNESS have toured Europe so many times that they could easily settle here with their crazy grindcore, not lacking in anger and fucking strong charge!!! So of course they are planning another Euro tour in 2023 with this new line-up, this time together with another Mexican band Anarchus. We are happy to see these great friends in the city of the dragon again after all these years!!! INTO SICKNESS are back!!!

As the title suggests, it will be quite clear who we are going to introduce here now. Yes, none other than our northern neighbours, the Polish immortal legend VADER!!!
VADER was formed back in 1983, as a heavy/speed band and over time their music evolved into furiously fast death metal, which does not lack great melodies and great song structures!!! And we don't even need to talk about the musicianship of this quartet, because the band around the immortal frontman Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek can do it like only few others!!! Anyway, VADER is one of the first death metal bands behind the Iron Curtain and next year they celebrate 40 years of their existence and this is already a fucking good portion!!!
VADER raised a whole generation of metalheads, and not only in the former Eastern Bloc, and now it's up to us to return the favor with a great moshpit at the Trutnov Battlefield!!! Death metal empire is coming!!!
CRUSTY WAY OF DOOM FOR THE FIRST TIME ON OEF!!!
So here we really scream with joy!!! Because we thought we would never see this band live again!!! Belgian legendary punk/crust band HIATUS will play for the first time at Obscene Extreme!!!
A band that always played sensational punk crust core in a d-beat rhythm, but simply different from all the others, full of catchy melodies, we all loved in the 90s!!!
HIATUS has been around since 1989 and has gone through a few hiatuses, but since 2019, when they announced couple reunion shows, which were absolutely breathtaking by the way, the boys have been on a roll and continue to play live. Unfortunately, they're no longer with singer Will, whose health no longer allows him to continue with the band. But the rest of HIATUS divide the vocals among themselves and there will be a great energetic show, which we will remember even after years!!! Let's wait for the opening notes of "Entombed Universe" and we are back in the teenage rebellion!!!

Only at the Battlefield ROTTEN SOUND will grind for the seventh time and this time they will bring us a brand new album called "Apocalypse", which will be released in March 2023 by Season of Mist and believe me, it will take your breath away, just like any other of their records. The quartet of Keijo, Mika, Sami and Matti can do nothing but great!!! Expect grindcore apocalypse on the podium and alcohol apocalypse in the backstage!!!

All of us would like to be young again, and even if you can't turn back time, with the REFORE youngsters we will return to the years of ageless youth, when we were full of energy and ideals.
This is exactly how the thrash metal of four young men from White Carpatians works, they are just incredibly full of energy and they know how to deliver it perfectly in their live shows, which are still growing, because REFORE is one of the great promises of the Czech metal scene and everyone knows it!!!
With one album and one EP under their belt, the guys are slowly preparing their next record, which will surely be one of the much expected ones in 2023. So let's keep our fingers crossed that things work out for them and look forward to see REFORE on the stage of Obscene Extreme festival 2023!!! It's gonna be a blast!!!

This bunch of crazy brutal death grinders under the command of the hyberblaster Wilson - the descendant of the legendary Purulent, you may remember from their last EU tour in 2017, when they toured all the summer extreme festivals including OEF.
Don't be fooled by their vegan ideology, during their set, guts will fly far and not just from the growlmaster Ammo's throat! And on stage... that's pure beasts!!! We're really looking forward to it, just don't forget your slaughterman licence!!!
