DAY-TICKETS:

Day tickets are valid on the current day for the program of the main and tent stage, including the following night program on the tent stage. The day tickets are validated when entering the concert area. A temporary leaving of the concert area is not possible. Camping is not possible for day guests! Ticket reservations are not accepted. There will be enough day tickets on site.
There will be a special daily parking spot at the festival accessible via the new entrance „Schwarzer Weg“ from the highway S12, ca. 1 km east of Roitzschjora towards Bad Düben. There is no other parking possibility around the festival area (for granting the traffic flow there will be no-parking zones).

MINIMUM AGE:

The law for the protection of children and youth is valid: Guests under 16 years are only allowed to enter the concert area in the company of a legal guardian (parents or persons over 18 years with a written authorization). Guests under 18 years only have access until 12:00 am, if they are not in company of a legal guardian. (pdf form here...)

ARRIVAL:

We recommend you the following arrivals:

From north/west A9:
Exit Kreuz Halle, through Bitterfeld, via Pouch and Schwemsal to Bad Düben, there towards Leipzig and shortly after Bad Düben right to the S12 towards Löbnitz.

From south/west A9:
Exit Wiedemar, through Delitzsch, towards Bad Düben through Reibitz to B 183a until B2, through Wellaune, before Bad Düben left to S12 towards Löbnitz.

From south/eeast A14:
Exit Leipzig Mitte to B2 towards Bad Düben, before Bad Düben left to S12 towards Löbnitz.

Attention:
Since 2013 new arrival to the festival area 1 km east of Roitzschjora from the S12 signposted! This way has to be used by the pedestrians as well, the shuttle bus also drives there.

Please be patient in case of traffic jams, we try to get you to the area as soon as possible. Please keep your tickets on hand, parking ticket fixed on your car, to make things faster.

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN:

to Delitzsch “Oberer” or “Unterer Bahnhof”, shuttle service from and to bus station Delitzsch (next to Unterer Bahnhof, 5 min from Oberer Bahnhof)

Travel times:
 

The travel time is about 30 min. On average the busses leave every 30 minutes (Wed, Thu, Sun), every hour (Frid, Sat) and every 15 minutes (Mon). Price per ride is 3 Euro.

PLANE:

Next airport: Leipzig/Halle (LEJ), 40 km away from the festival. Continuation by public transport: By bus/train to Delitzsch, from there by shuttle bus.

CAMPING:

Camping is only available for owners of weekend tickets. Setting up tents is only allowed on the assigned camping ground. The camping are is open from Thursday 2nd July 2015 3.00 pm to Monday 6th July 2015 12.00 pm.

Caravans and camping trailers don’t need an extra parking ticket. There is no extra area for Caravans and camping trailers. Place reservation is not possible.

GARBAGE, CLEANING, ENVIRONMENT:

Please keep in mind that items out of glass are prohibited on the whole festival area. Please read the general terms and conditions carefully and respect them.

As of this year we will use an own, as WFF staff identified cleaning staff to provide you with an even better and cleaner feeling. You as festival visitors have the right to take only your own property, cans, bottles and other objects (except for weapons and prohibited objects) from the festival. The collecting of deposit bottles, deposit cans, left tents or other objects left on the festival area is prohibited! Criminal offenses are immediately reported to the police.

WFF FOR PRO TOLERANCE AND AGAINST NAZIS:

Like all the years before we want to tell the intolerants, nazis and racists: You are not welcome here, you can and should stay at home! Clothes of the brand Thor Steinar are not tolerated. We are a tolerant festival of like-minded people and want to stay like that.

PROHIBITED ARTICLES:

In general (everywhere on the camping ground) prohibited: glass (also bottles), guns, pyros, torches, any other dangerous objects, anti-constitutional symbols/logos/graphics, pets incl. dogs Camping Weekend Ticket owners are allowed to bring food and beverages without limit upon arrival. Barbecues are allowed with customary (certified) devices. It’s not allowed to bring the following to the festival area: food, beverages, heavy objects, professional cameras, film and recording devices. If the band doesn’t mind, pocket cameras are allowed on that day. The organizer can refuse entry to visitors with illegally carried objects and confiscate such objects. Criminal offenses are immediately reported to the police.

ADDITIONALLY:

All-around supply of food and beverages at fair prices. Water points, washing facilities, portable toilets for free. WC and showers for a small fee: 1,00 EUR (WC) and 2,00 EUR (shower). Big trading area with sound carriers, clothes, jewelry etc.
