The 17th edition of the Mighty Sounds festival, which will take place on 23-25 June 2023 at the Tábor Aeroclub airport, will again be generous to the skate community. Black Flag, an absolute legend of the hardcore genre, appeared among the newly confirmed names for the program. Behind the mic in this form is none other than skate icon Mike Vallely.

Almost everyone who has ever heard harder guitars knows Black Flag, and it's no wonder. The band has been around a lot, many will remember the formation with Henry Rollins. Anyway, it's a must see for all punk rock lovers, especially since the band will perform in the Czech Republic for the first time.

Mighty Sounds' other attractions this year certainly include Dog Eat Dog, crossover pioneers who were one of the first to combine hard rock with hip-hop. Their frontman John Connor is a skateboarder through and through.

So far, the 17th edition of Mighty Sounds looks very promising, take a look at the other confirmed names, including the group Rancid.
