Many of you have already contacted the festival and declared your willingness to donate their tickets. In the same way, some have already exchanged their tickets and few have chosen the reimbursement of the purchase price, which generally makes us very happy and confirms our assumption that they can count some of the coolest people among our visitors. Since they are 2 months before the end of the year, we ask all ticket holders who are currently in wait and who are willing to exchange their ticket or have their money paid back again, to do so until the end of the year in order to help them a little with the complexity of the accounting.
