While, during the last two decades, most thrash metal bands were trying to adapt their style to the newer trends, SODOM prosecuted immovably on their own way, playing nothing but what they actually liked. NILE have been regarded as masters of the technical death metal genre for almost over two decades now. The four piece have carved out their own niche on the more ‘tech’ side of things and relased eight full length albums so far. NILE always deliver a heavy slab of technical death metal, competently executed and blistering paced. See them live at Party.San Metal Open Air 2016.
WEAK ASIDE was started in 2006 and their debut album "Fire At Will" was a heavy and honest tribute to Bolt Thrower, which isn't a bad start if you ask us. The second opus "Ghostleader" released in 2010 displayed a few forays into Thrash Metal territory and got the high scores from critics and fans alike. Now we have to face "The Next Offensive", which is a perfect death metal album for fans of Asphyx, Dismember, Unleashed and the likes. Support them!
