German Black/Thrash titans DESASTER finally return to play at Party.San Metal Open Air 2017. The band simply belongs to our festival and after eighth album´s it´s time again to spread the message of Black/Thrash Metal. This very special band is Germany´s greatest band in that genre – watch and worship.
HADES ALMIGHTY was founded as HADES back in 1992 and belongs without doubt to the most important Norwegian Black/Pagan Metal bands. The band released pioneering albums like “…Again Shall Be” and “The Dawn Of The Dying Sun” which granted them worldwide credibility. Heavily influenced by Bathory this band is truly a legendary band you shouldn´t miss.
Icelandic MISþYRMING will perform live at Party.San Metal Open Air. From Black Metal to strongmen, Iceland’s cold and isolated nature has given them a pretty solid edge when it comes to anything that falls into the realm of the badass. The way urgent and horrific Black Metal imbued with creeping dissonant melody is fortified with great atmospherics. Just listen to MISþYRMING and enjoy the northern storms.
Irish Doomsters MOURNING BELOVETH finally return to Party.San Metal Open Air. After a long absence, the band is available again to bring you the finest doom metal made in Ireland. Check out albums like “Dust” or “Formless” and you get to the core of this band. Enjoy the slowness.
Ruthless, vicious blackened Death Metal. Essentially, the cold and hateful tremolo riffs and melodies cursed by Death and Black Metal expel a supernatural conjuration of well-crafted brilliance that absorbs the two genre’s strongest points into a hammering, atmospheric show of twisted malevolence with the darkest of intentions. Please welcome the Swedish horde called NECROPHOBIC.
VADER is an institution in Polish Death Metal and they have put their homeland on the map of extreme metal in the first place. We are very glad that Peter and his crew will return to our festival after ten long years. It´s about time folks. Enjoy good old Polish Death Metal.
URFAUST have always stood out in the Black Metal scene while intentionally destroying all style limitations to reach a new musical level. Their unique mixture, which is taking elements from several typical sub-genres, is nevertheless denying the listener the chance to pinpoint them to a certain direction or give me the chance to play the well known game of name dropping. Just dive into that atmospheric ocean.
