PODRIDÃO – BRAZILIAN ANCIENT APOCALYPSE!!! PODRIDÃO is the Brazilian death metal band formed in 2016 in Arujá, São Paulo municipality, playing raw old school death metal. It started out by members of the bands Beyond the Grave (thrash metal) and Febre do Rato (thrash/crossover) to play the most primitive and crude death metal ever.
Since their arrival in the scene, the band has released 3 studio albums, 2 splits, 5 singles, 1 live album and 1 demo. All their releases capture the power and agressivity of the ancient Brazilian death metal of the late 80's.
With many tours devastating all regions of Brazil, PODRIDÃO is finally heading towards Europe in 2025 to perform at the OEF scorching the audience with harsh, barbaric and cruel death metal show. Their current line-up is Putrid Dick: noise terror bass / vomit worm vocals, Rotten Flesh: chainsaw guitars, Repugnant Fat: drum tank of purulence. Expect nothing less than plague, misery and putrefaction. PODRIDÃO!!!
KONTUSION - NOTHING IS LEFT BUT CHARRED REMAINS!!! KONTUSION started as the duo of Mark Bronzino (guitar, vocals) and Chris Moore (drums, synth) who are both very familiar individuals from bands such as Repulsion, Magrudergrind, Ghostmane, Iron Reagan or Mammoth Grinder. They had teamed up to bring together their expertise in a mash-up of raw old school death, wild d-beats and fierce grooves melting together the the best of the Swedish and US death metal.
They released a self-titled four song demo in 2022 full of raw old school death metal bringing memories of Terrorizer, Entombed or Incantation without feeling any worshipping but framing their own identity. Their debut full length album will come out in 2025.
As the band is getting ready for more US and Canadian dates supporting the album and in Europe in summer 2025, two new members were added into the team. We can’t wait for KONTUSION to hit the OEF stage in 2025 to leave all and everything in charred remains!!!

The zombie party will be combined with a body parts bazaar, and if there is a shortage of bodies, there is a solution at hand as the cemetery is just across the road from the venue... AMERICAN BLASTBEAT BLUES!!! There are very few extreme bands that can boast a followers outside their genre. But these "seekers of the extreme" are certainly one of them. For Colorado madmen CEPHALIC CARNAGE have been combining the brutality of death metal, the speed of grindcore with the breakneck passages of other, shall we say, disparate musical styles for over thirty years, making this quintet one of the most original bands on the scene.
CEPHALIC CARNAGE are also an excellent live band, reveling not only in great musical performances but also in great exaggeration, as anyone who saw not only their first performance at OEF in 2012 but any of their few concerts in general will attest. That's why we're glad we managed to get these American stoners to Obscene Extreme for a second time!!! Because CEPHALIC CARNAGE will bring us a selection of the best grapes from their discography and this is definitely enough as a ticket to the crazy moshpit!!! Go Broncos!!!
GREAT BRITISH SLAM GRIND COMEDY!!! You'll say to yourselves, loud-mouthed and properly modern music. Do we need it at OEF? Of course we do, after all Obscene Extreme has always combined extreme styles across scenes and these British youngsters called RAISED BY OWLS combine slam, brutal death, grind and a fair dose of satire in a very artful and catchy way. This quintet can make great fun of anyone, including themselves!!!
In England RAISED BY OWLS are considered a small sensation, but they haven't made it in Europe yet, so why not open the door for them at OEF. RAISED BY OWLS got us with their show at last year's Bloodstock, after playing on smaller stages at this festival they finally made it to the main stage and it was just a blast. So let's see if RAISED BY OWLS will show us a frantic Barney dance at Battlefield or if they'll take aim at someone else this time. If you think that extreme metal lacks a good dose of fun, you are wrong. RAISED BY OWLS will convince you otherwise on their debut OEF show!!!
FECUNDATION - BECAUSE MAKING YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE IS JUST GREAT!!! The brutal South Korean-born duo FECUNDATION is heading to the city of sin! The band infected with the viruses of deities such as Deeds Of Flesh, Suffocation, Disgorge or the animalistic Necrophagist has already produced some great records, hits of which you have to go to enjoy live, because in an exotic performance extreme music has a much more interesting final effect.
